Dan Hanlin

OWNER / PRESIDENT

Dan Hanlin is co owner and president of Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. Since the company started in 1989 Dan has enjoyed working with many unique individuals and being the solution for the problems their customers endure. Dan’s primary responsibilities are planning for long term growth, coaching team members, and recruiting new team members. Dan spends his time away from work with his wife Michelle and five children. Dan can be found watching his children play golf and tennis or appearing in the local theater production. Dan and his family are members of St Maria Goretti Catholic Church in Westfield

OWNER / VP

Darren Peck is an Owner and Vice President of Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. For almost 25 years, Darren has performed virtually every task within the company and still enjoys meeting property owners in their time of need or working as a team member when called upon at a large loss. He thoroughly enjoys the great staff, longtime customers and building new relationships. Darren grew up in Noblesville and attended Indiana State University. He is a member of Phi Delta Theta.

An active member of the community, he is President of the Fifty Club and serves on the Board of Directors of Prevail, Street and Harbor Trees Golf Club. He is a long time member of the Elks and Moose Lodges. He has attended First United Methodist Church in Noblesville his entire life. Away from work, Darren enjoys traveling, golfing, working outdoors or anything with his 9 year old daughter, 5 year old son and wife of 13 years, Monica. Darren is a licensed pilot and owns a Piper Arrow.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Kristen Kendall is the Operations Manager for Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services and joined the Indiana Restoration family in 2006. Kristen has operational responsibility for all facets of our restoration and cleaning services.

The single most important part of Kristen’s job is taking care of the customer. The most satisfying aspect of Kristen’s job is sharing the happiness with the customer on the day they get to move back into their home. She is proud of the group of people she works with. Kristen grew up in Noblesville and now resides in Tipton.

Mitchell Peck

ESTIMATOR

Mitch Peck has been a member of the Indiana Restoration Staff for over 5 years, starting as a field tech and learning the repair side of the business; he is now the company’s estimator and writes repair estimates for all types of property losses. Mitch enjoys meeting with home and business owners to help them get their property and lives back to normal after experiencing a loss such as floods and fires, and growing those relationships to be able to help when called on in the future. As well he looks forward to working with the best staff in the business to get this job done, and still when needed is eager to work alongside them in the field to help accomplish what ever task needs completed. Mitch grew up in Noblesville and attended Ball State University

Kyle Clark is a project manager for Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. He has been with the company for since 2006. His task is to schedule all work being provided to the property owner’s start to finish.

PROJECT MANAGER

John is a graduate of Ball StateUniversity and is currently a Project Manager at Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services. John has assisted customers in the areas of water mitigation, fire damage restoration and floor cleaning/restoration. John brings his management and administrative experience to us from another industry and has applied those skills well in interacting with our customers.

Jose Martinez

REMEDIATION TECHNICIAN

Jose Martinez is a remediation technician with Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services. He got started in this field after Hurricane Katrina and spent time cleaning after the devastating storm. He has been with this company since 2009 and now works in duct cleaning, and water mitigation. Jose lives in Noblesville with his wife and enjoys playing soccer.

Tomas Hidalgo has been a member of the Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services team since 2007. As a technician, he works hand in hand with staff and customers in cleaning and mold remediation projects. A father of three children, Tomas enjoys home improvement projects and gardening.

Eddy has been a member of the Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services team since 2013.  Eddy currently is a part of the carpet cleaning and upholstery crew.  He enjoys any outside activities, especially riding mountain bikes.

STRUCTURE TECHNICIAN

Corey is a carpenter for the structure division at Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services.  One of Corey’s main responsibilities is ensuring customers are happy and satisfied with the work being performed day in and day out.  Corey brings over 15 years of experience in the construction field, as well as 9 years in the restoration industry.  Corey enjoys coaching his son’s baseball and football teams.  His favorite pastime is riding ATVs at off road parks.  Corey has a wonderful wife and they have been happily married for 14 years.  They have two awesome boys and enjoy watching movies together as a family.  Corey is proud of his wife and kids for supporting his decision to pursue a career in the restoration industry.

REMEDIATION TECHNICIAN

Max is a mold remediation technician and takes care of all the duct cleaning work for Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services.  Max has been with the company for 3 years.  Max is certified in water, lead, as well as being certified in NADCA (National Air & Duct Cleaning Association).  Before working for IRCS, Max worked in the orthopedic field for over 8 years.  Max enjoys spending time with his kids and family.  

 

Michael Smith

PROJECT MANAGER

Michael is one of the project managers for Indiana Restoration’s structure department.  Michael’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the building process with successful planning, execution, monitoring and control of the project through completion, as well as communicating with the customers and making sure they understand and feel comfortable during the process.  Michael enjoys spending his free time with his three children and watching them play sports.  He has also coached baseball for over 11 years.  Michael graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management Technology. He was also a member of BAGI (Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis) as well as the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders).  Michael’s certifications include 10 and 30 Hour OSHA, Fire Certification, and Odor Control Certification.

Chris Michael

STRUCTURE TECHNICIAN

Chris is one of the lead carpenters for the structure division at Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services.  His prime responsibilities include constructing, repairing, remodeling, fabricating, and installing various structures.  Chris brings over 15 years of experience of construction knowledge.  Chris enjoys riding his motorcycles, Tae Kwon Do, hunting, and playing guitar.  He also enjoys photography and making custom cabinets and furniture.  Chris has been married to his beautiful wife and best friend Kimberly for 14 years.  They have an amazing son who is pursuing his black belt in Tae Kwon Do.  Chris is most proud of putting his heart and soul into his work and consistently making customers happy.
