Darren Peck
OWNER / VP
Darren Peck is an Owner and Vice President of Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. For more than 20 years, Darren has performed virtually every task within the company and still enjoys meeting property owners in their time of need or working as a team member when called upon at a large loss. He thoroughly enjoys the great staff, long time customers and building new relationships. Darren grew up in Noblesville and attended Indiana State University. An active member of the community, he is President of the Fifty Club, and member of the Elks and Moose Clubs and Harbour Trees Golf Club. He attends First United Methodist Church in Noblesville. Away from work, Darren enjoys traveling, golfing, working outdoors or anything with his 7 year old daughter, 4 year old son and wife of 11 years, Monica. Darren is a licensed pilot and owns a Piper Arrow. |
Dan Hanlin
OWNER / PRESIDENT
Dan Hanlin is co owner and president of Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. Since the company started in 1989 Dan has enjoyed working with many unique individuals and being the solution for the problems their customers endure. Dan’s primary responsibilities are planning for long term growth, coaching team members, and recruiting new team members.
Dan spends his time away from work with his wife Michelle and five children. Dan can be found watching his children play golf and tennis or appearing in the local theater production. The Hanlin’s also spend their time together enjoying the day on any number of lakes. Dan and his family are members of St Maria Goretti Catholic Church in Westfield

Jennifer Gordon
OFFICE MANAGER
Jennifer Gordon is the office manager for Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. She has been with the company since 2002 and her primary duties are office management and accounting. Jennifer grew up on the northeast side of Indianapolis and currently lives in Fishers with her husband of 9 years, Joe and her 3 sons Chris, 15, Aaron, 14, and Sam, 7. Her hobbies include whatever sport, activity, or club the kids happen to participate in at the time. In the spring you can usually find Jennifer at the Baseball Park about 5 or 6 days a week. |
Louise Neal
STRUCTURE DEPT. AST.
Louise has been with Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services for 2 ½ years as a structure department assistant. Louise is the proud mother of 3 sons and grandmother of 5 grandchildren. Louise enjoys traveling, dancing, and going to the grandchildren’s sporting events and going sledding with the grandchildren. Louise has belonged to a home maker club for 20 years. Louise enjoys working with the great team we have her at Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. |

Kristen Kendall
Structure & Contents Div. Mgr.
Kristen Kendall is the manager of the Structure and Contents Divisions. She joined the Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services family in 2006. The single most important part of her job is taking care of the customer. She so much enjoys sharing the happiness on the day the customer gets to move back into their home. She is proud of the group of people she works with. Kristen grew up in Noblesville and now resides in Tipton. Outside of work, Kristen is very busy being the best mom possible to Collin, Connor, Callie and Carter. She spends time at swim meets, baseball games, softball games, track meets, academic meets and most importantly the kitchen table helping with homework. She attends Kemp United Methodist Church where she is active with the Missions Team. Kristen enjoys volunteering, home improvement projects, reading, working in her yard, music and playing with her children. |
Mitchell Peck
FIELD TECHNICIAN / REPAIRS
Mitch Peck has been a member of the Indiana Restoration Staff for over 5 years, starting as a field tech and learning the repair side of the business; he is now the company’s estimator and writes repair estimates for all types of property losses. Mitch enjoys meeting with home and business owners to help them get their property and lives back to normal after experiencing a loss such as floods and fires, and growing those relationships to be able to help when called on in the future. As well he looks forward to working with the best staff in the business to get this job done, and still when needed is eager to work along side them in the field to help accomplish what ever task needs completed. Mitch grew up in Noblesville and attended Ball State University. He attends First United Methodist Church and is becoming active in the community through the Chamber of Commerce and other local organizations. Away from work, Mitch enjoys travel of any kind or length, golfing, fishing and almost anything that involves being outside in warm weather. |
Kyle Clark
PROJECT MANAGER
Kyle Clark is a project manager for Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. He has been with the company for 5 years. His task is to schedule all work being provided to the property owner’s start to finish. Kyle grew up in Anderson. He left his hometown to start his adult life in Texas. He lived there for 24 years. Away from work Kyle enjoys working in the yard, golfing, traveling and riding his motorcycle a Harley Davidson Road King Classic. He is the father of 24 year old daughter Bonita, she lives in Texas with Kyle’s 4 year old grandson Colton. |
Russ Bryan
PROJECT MANAGER
Russ Bryan is a 2 year project manager for Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. Russ feels the attention given to all customers is the best he has seen in his 25 years of construction management and customer service experience. Russ has spent the last 25 years in the construction management field while residing in Carmel Indiana. During his spare time he has coached numerous girls’ softball teams and traveled to various sporting events with his daughter’s Tracey, 22, and Nicole, 25. Russ is a mason and the president of his lake cottage homeowners association. He enjoys his 3 year old grandson Carson, woodworking, fishing and anything else to do with the outdoors. Behind it all is his wonderful wife of 28 years, Kim. |
Dave Loller
FIELD TECHNICIAN
David Loller has been a member of Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services for a year and a half as a field tech assisting the field supervisor in all aspects to complete the repairs to the home or business. David enjoys working for Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services and looks forward to growing with the company. David grew up in Westfield, Indiana. He is a member of White River Christian Church in Noblesville. David has been married to Lois Loller for 12 years and has two children, Evan, age 6 and Quentin, age 5. David enjoys coaching his boys in football and other sports. He also enjoys boating, Florida beaches, traveling, waterskiing, and spending time with his family. |
Connie Neff
Connie Neff started working as a technician in the contents department in 2008. Connie and her family live in Tipton Indiana. She has 2 sons, 1 daughter, and 3 grandson’s ages 7, 6, and 4 months old. When not working she likes to spend time with her family and friends and especially her grandchildren. Connie also enjoys reading, movies, and going to sporting events and out to dinner. She finds the work that she does is gratifying when she is able to restore and return the customer’s treasured items. |
Danielle Carley
CLEANING TECHNICIAN
Danielle Carley is a cleaning technician in the contents department at Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. She has been with the company since June 2008. She is a senior at Hamilton Heights High School where she participates in the co-op program to come work here in the afternoons. She enjoys what she does especially when the customers are happy to have their things back. When not at work she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family and going to zumba. |
Tagg Helterbran
DIVISION MANAGER
Tagg is a Division Manager at Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services, responsible for water damage restoration, mold remediation, carpet cleaning and duct cleaning within the company. Tagg has four years of restoration industry experience, all with Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services. Tagg previously worked for 16 years in technology operations within the credit card industry and lived in Delaware for nine years before deciding to move closer to his family in Indiana.
Tagg is certified by the IICRC in water damage restoration (WRT) and mold remediation (AMRT).
In his spare time, Tagg spending time with his two daughters and wife of 16 years. Tagg attends Zionsville United Methodist church, serves on the Board of Trustees and is involved in several ministries within the church. |
Dan Harper
FIELD MANAGER
Dan Harper has been a field manager for the water division for 10 years and has enjoyed the opportunities to meet many people and to be able to help them through the dry out process. Dan grew up in Davenport, Iowa and moved to Fishers in 1992. Dan attended St. Ambrose University and received a degree in nursing from Ivy Tech. After 5 years of nursing Dan was searching for a different way to help people and found Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. He attends St. Louis DeMontfort Catholic Church and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. Away from work Dan enjoys reading, being outside and anything with his 3 children and wife of 18 years. |
Carl Dawes
ESTIMATOR / FIELD SUPERVISOR
Carl L. Dawes is an estimator and field supervisor for the environmental department with Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. Carl has been in this industry since 1991 working as a mitigation technician with jobs ranging from a single bath room to running crews in the restoration of the World Trade Center after the 1992 car bombing. Miguel Morales is a field supervisor for Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services, working hand in hand with customers and insurance companies, providing quality service and positive solutions. He has been with the company for 7 years, working his was through several unique and challenging positions, earning certifications in carpet cleaning and water, odor, fire and smoke restoration, giving him a strong blend of experience and job knowledge. Miguel lives in Noblesville with his young family and wife of 3 years Julie. He enjoys spending time outside, playing sports, traveling and following the Boston Red Sox. |

Mark Dawes is a senior technician for Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services. Mark has been a member for nearly 4 years. He enjoys camping, boating, and fishing. Mark has over 10 years of experience in the restoration field.

Kaile has been a member of the team for nearly 6 years, starting in 2002 in a part time capacity and recently choosing the restoration field as a full time career path. He lives in Noblesville with his wife of 18 years and his 3 children. He enjoys reading, sports, spending time with his family and being active in the community through service opportunities in his church. |
Ted Workman
CARPET CLEANING / WATER MITIGATION
Ted Workman has been a member of the Indiana Restoration & Cleaning Services team for over 18 months, specializing in carpet cleaning and water mitigation projects. Prior to starting his career with IRCS, Ted spent time working in Hamilton County with Noblesville School Corporation and Firestone. Some of his hobbies include water sports and working on cars. A resident of Lapel, Ted and his wife Wendy enjoy spending time with Ethan age 7, and their newborn son Jacob. |

Fortunato Hidalgo is a field technician with Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services. He has spent more than five years in this business working on projects including mold remediation, carpet cleaning and water mitigation. Fortunato has been married for 19 years and has 4 children with ages ranging from 18 to 8. Outside of the office, he likes spending his time watching movies and shopping. |

Jose Martinez is a remediation technician with Indiana Restoration and Cleaning Services. He got started in this field after Hurricane Katrina and spent time cleaning after the devastating storm. He has been with this company for over two years and has since learned duct cleaning, and water mitigation. Jose lives in Noblesville with his wife and enjoys playing soccer. |
